Screen Printing on Cell Phone Cover Lens
This model features automatic centered registering for high precision printing on cell phone cover lens without fiducial mark, using CCD cameras for resolving glass outline then adjusting substrate position for precise centered printing.
MACHINE FRAMEWORK:
• Consists of registration and printing section, linked by the sliding table to transport the cover lens and manually offload after printing.
• Vertical and horizontal section are made of Aluminum alloy, with linear guide rails to increase precision and durability, to support strong loading force, and to provide stable and squiet operation.
• Oil-free FRL unit eliminated air contamination and makes this machine suitable for clean room use.
SLIDING TABLE STRUCTURE:
• Shuttle table is driven by servomotor with timing belt for stable movement and highly accurate positioning.
• Hydraulic buffer and electromagnet ensures shuttle table positioning accuracy within 5µm.
• Sliding table transport servos use pulse position control.
• Silent vacuum system holds glass substrate during sliding table movement and printing.
REGISTRATION PLATFORM
• Table Surface is 12mm thick aluminum alloy with hard anodizing treatment to prevent scratches.
• 4 pop-up pins are added on the table top enable zero off-contact printing.
• Exclusive software for automatic registration controls 3 servomotors to adjust printing table for fast and accurate displacement and registration.
• CCD Camera Registration: Optical alignment system can automatically judge and control displacement of printing table. High precision mechanisms and fully automatic printing table alignment system can achieve alignment repeatability accuracy of ±5µm. Alignment speed is faster than 1.5 second/piece including target acquisition, alignment, and verification.
